Text Messaging Terms

These terms apply to text messages from Amberstone Land LLC d/b/a Amberstone Homes ("Amberstone Homes").
Program name: Amberstone Homes Missed-Call Text Messages
Program description: A one-time text reply to people whose call to us went unanswered, followed by a text conversation only if they reply.
How you receive messages
When you call Amberstone Homes at (704) 900-9880 and we cannot answer, we may send one text message to the number you called from, letting you know we missed your call and asking how we can help. If you reply, we will continue the conversation by text to answer your questions and schedule a call or visit.
We only text people who have called or texted us first. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. See how text opt-in works.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us. Typically you will receive one message after a missed call, plus replies to any messages you send.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan.
Opting out
You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and we will not text you again unless you reply START to resubscribe.

Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
